i have a ghost who get's in my bed usually around 5 am and it will touch me and some times it holds me down and i can not move it only does this when i am alone it has been going on for about three years now i try not to be scared but i am i have told my frends and my boy frend but i think they are now thinking i am imagining it or dreaming but i am awake i dont know who to talk to about this, it is very real and most of the time scary
