Hi Candice. I've had innumerable encounters with a spirit like you've described. I lived in a haunted room once. It harrassed me non-stop. I got relief once. The trick is to sleep with your hands crossed and laying on your chest, your feet crossed as well. The one time I got a real night's rest, I woke up feeling very good and recharged instead of completly drained, and I felt a war had just gone down all around me, but I was untouched. I slept the entire night with my hands and feet crossed. This helps to create a seal around you, protecting you from the entity.
I laid out a bible to Psalm 91, also. Psalm 91 is considered a powerful scripture for spiritual warfare. It worked. Consider laying out several bibles open to scriptures. Ask around, someone will tell you good powerful passages to use. Also, pray to God for deliverance. Live right. Good luck.
