*The sandy colored, strong stallion steps onto the meadow in awe. This was the land he wanted. This was it.

Smiling to himself, he began making changes - crushing the ice in the little brooke that cut down the meadows middle, breaking some prickly shurbs that were invading the zone on the northern side, and nibbling the grass to a short, nice trim. (What grass could be seen - the rest was covered in a thick blanket of sparkling snow).

He then climbed up a steep, large rock, and stood at it's top, surveying the valley. It was beautiful. And it was his. Now it was time to get some mares... how he longed for their company! Before trotting off the rock again, he tilted his head and decided to name it - forever after, he would refer to the rock as the Throne. He chuckled - it wasn't a throne really, but it was catchy.

He left a few "marks" to warn other stallion's to stay away, and than galloped off into the mists to seek his harem's members...*
