And yet the urge is pulling her through, and she doesn't particularly wish to disobey. If only Farhan was here, she thinks. He'd scare them enough for them to leave me alone for sure! And that gives her an idea. She can act like Farhan, and maybe be left alone! She calls to memory just HOW Farhan managed that skipping gait of his, and attempts it, in the shadows. It takes a few tries, but she finally manages to get the rhythm of it. She skips out of the shadows, humming out-of-tune. She stops beside the stream and starts talking to one of the rocks beside it. "hello rock. don't you think it's a wonderful day out today? i think it is. it's definitely a nice day. if it weren't a nice day i wouldn't be happy, and if i wasn't happy i wouldn't be babbling at you!isn't it fun to be actually talked to? being a rock must be extremely bring because only the insane ones talk to rocks...Oh, you do? You PREFER being left alone?...Oh, well, yes, I suppose I am. What a pity. Well, actually, no, it's not a pity because the insane ones are the only ones that have any fun...Yes, we DO drive other people nuts! That's what's fun about being insane!" She continues to babble to the rock in such a fashion, hoping to scare the blackbloods into leaving her alone. Then she says goodbye to it and continues to skip t'wards the edge of the territory--the border shared by Castlecrest Valley. Will she get through? Only way to find out is to try...
