To be perfectly honest I'm not really surprised that non-league managements answer to the 'Littlist Hobo' has gone. His appointment looked like a short-term one till somebody better came along.

However, the rumour at the Mossley-Stalybridge friendly yesterday was that he left because the Kidsgrove chairman is pulling his backing out of the club. I don't know how true it is, since it came from a Witton Albion supporter, but it did give us something to talk about.
