Subject: Big Bill Richardson

It is with deep regret that I have to inform those longstanding supporters, officials and former players, of the death of Bill Richardson who passed away on Monday 9th September. Bill carried out many roles including manager, during his association with "Town" from the early 50's through to 1967-68, but will mainly be remembered as secretary. The funeral will take place at Ormskirk Street United Reform Church at 2.00pm on Monday 16th Sept & 3.00pm at St. Helens Crematorium.
