Earlier this season my team (Hartlepool) were bottom of Div3 despite bringing in some supposedly top players (Gordon Watson, Ritchie Humphreys, Tommy Widdrington). People wer calling for the Manager's head.

At the moment we're 11th with games in hand on most teams above us and are playing some really good stuff. Most people are glad we didn't sack the Manager. Players who initially were seen as flops are suddenly dominating and winning games for us.

If you were struggling at the bottom of the division you might have grounds for complaint - but Town are currently still at the right end of the league and still have a shot at promotion. A new manager now is more likely to unsettle the players and lead to more bad form. Recent signings may not be impressing you now - but give them a chance to turn it round at least.... you might be surprised.
