Subject: Academy Football

Dear Officials/Anyone interested,

Has any thought been given to setting up a junior football academy at town? I think there would be enormous interest. At junior level, there is a huge gap between club level and academy level. There needs to be some way of bridging this gap and helping St.Helens boys to play to a higher standard. There is the Schoolboys team but this only gets together every 2/3 years. What do other people think, would town be willing to support this. It would also help the development of the club. Views welcome.
