They walked a cow through the city and then butchered it in front of everyone with a big fire department axe. Then they distributed hamburgers and while we munched happilly some guy tried to convince us it was healthy.

The mustard was pretty good.

Then again, the Coommiittee (dunno which letters are doubled, so fuckwhatnot) has a long tradition of pissing politically correct people off. We had an anti-religious-tolerance fair last year's July, with stands depicting the horrors of each stupid belief and how stupid that was. And then we watched enactments of jewish war enemy executions from the Old Testament times, a muslim triam of an adulterous woman, some guy playing torquemada, ritual sacrifice of little children to avert impotence, and the famous buddhist ritual of falling on one's face one million, five hundred thousand times to achieve realization.
