Hi,
My Bro order a tape for me. It's gonna be my X-Mas presesnt from him and I'm really looking foward to it. The only problem is that he ordered it a month or more ago and still hasn't recivied the tape. I've talked to other people that have purcased from you and they had nothing but good things to say about the way you do business. I'm just asking you to please look into this or provide some explaination to way the tape is late. I understand that it is the holidays and you may be swamped with orders.
