Hey, whats up ? U know...couple things/ 160 was NOT my best weight at all...I REALLY struggled to make it back in those days. Funny thing though that u mentioed those two guys.....I sparred McCallum when he was World Champion when we were out in Las Vegas. I did very well and I remember that I was able to hit him with a lot of straight right hands. He is one of the GREATEST FIGHTERS though I think. As for James , I spent alot of time sparring with James in Michigan when he was IBF Champion. Funny thing about james is....the FIRST time I ever heard his name was when he fought on USA against Phil Morefield back around 1990 and after the fight Sean O'Grady asked him what he would like to do in the future. He replied " I want to step up in competition and fight someone like Kevin Watts or John Scully ". I thought it was cool that this guy mentioed my name on TV. The following year is when he really got big in the game. Then we started training together in 1993. James is REAL COOL and I had more fun with him in camp than with anybody that I have trained with. As a matter of fact, about a month or two agao when I was in las Vegas I tok a drive over to Los Angeles to see him. He is up around 200 pounds now but looks pretty good really.
