As Altoo made his way into the ceremony for real, Deva stood up, and made his way to the podium. "Well, on that note, I'd like to say my piece. I'm Deva Andranos, a representative of the Elcyion homeworld, Alpha Eridani. It is going to be my pleasure to work with you, as it's quite obvious you know how to keep someone on his or her toes." He began. "I will be serving as the Chief of Biochemical Operations for the Y.S.F. Starfire, on her maiden voyage. I thank you for this opportunity. Now that that's said, I'd like to propose a toast to our captain, Jink Altoo!" He finished, raising a glass of dark wine towards Altoo.
