Subject: Re: Religion Is Dead (and so is it's works!)
In reply to: QUITTNER 's message, "Re: Religion Is Dead" on 09:31:37 03/06/02 Wed

Religion is not about relationship or true worship. Religion is about money, power, control. Paul knew only too well that religion was a dead end and wrote warnings as best he could for the true of heart. Colossians 2:8 "See to it that no one takes you captive through phlosophy and empty deception, according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary principals of the world, rather than according to Christ" NAS 1978. To know God is to spern religion. The way to God is thur relationship and that in Christ. We can not work out our salvation for we are bought for a price. We have been bought by blood a price that none but Christ could pay. So blood bought, what will you do with your freedom? Do you heed your call? Rise up and be heard, speaking the truth in love to set the captives free!
