I got marys and hollys....Though I just got hollys and it isn't up on the board yet. I think that I am going to make Pictures more of a requirement. Like I won't add them till I get a pic... So you think that is too harsh?????? well let me know what you think.

I DON'T THINK YOU SHOULD MAKE PPL TAKE PICS BECAUSE SOME PPL FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE TAKING THEM BECAUSE THEIR OVER WIEGHT.THATS WHAT THIS SITES FOR,PEOPLE WITH PROBLEMS ABOUT THE WAY THEY LOOK,RIGHT?

No, Ivy, I don't think it's too harsh. I mean, I could have said I lost 70-some pounds and who could have said any differently without a pic posted?

I think if you want to be part of the Challenge, then pics are a must! Both before and after.

How would we know who is telling the truth. When Auddi started this, she intended for everyone to have pics! Hold strong girl and make them give you pics or they can't partake in the challenge!

I really think that people should have to submit their pictures before ANY voting even takes place! I could have said that I lost 50 lbs. and what does it matter if there's no proof?

It's not fair to those who have their pictures posted that people are voting for others who haven't sent theirs in! For pete's sake, I have 6 votes and my after pic isn't even there! (I will be sending that to you tonight, Ivy). I am not looking to win- I joined the Challenge to get myself motivated- I've already won that.

I don't think that it's being too harsh to require pictures- if people want to be involved, then they need to follow through!

Auddi & Ivy, you've done a spectacular job and I want to thank you personally for it!

Since I am new here my opinion probably doesn't mean much but my fear of submitting my picture although I completely understand why it is needed, is somehow finding my picture stolen and put on this guys website:

I fear anyone taking my picture and doctoring it or exploiting it.

I now that some of these pictures look ridiculous and mine wont look THAT bad but it is still a fear that some guy will have me on his fatchick website :((

I will submit a picture of me before and after just because it is required but my suggestion is that anyone not submitting pictures can't win the end prize.. this does not mean they can't participate it just means they can't get voted on.

Anyway, that is just my two cents.

Carol, Your oppinion does matter. And if I find out that anyone is exploiting MY challengers There will be a copyright infringement lawsuit for that person to deal with ;) All images on the losers Challenge are copyrighted.
APIC (the Association for the Protection Of Internet Copyright) states "Anyone who simply puts up sites with photos they grabbed elsewhere off the Internet is most certainly infringing someone's copyrights." I suggest to you to more deeply investigate the situation. I have been to fatchicksinpartyhats.com and am certian they are infringing on hundreds of peoples rights. and if enough people complain to the correct people something may be done to end this offensive and illigal pratice. NO ISP will host his site if they believe him to be an infringer.... because of the limited liability act of 1998.

I have been wanting to regester our challenge with the copyright office to further protect our site from scavengers like those at Fatchicksinpartyhats.com. Resgstering costs $30-$100 and GARENTEES us the right to sue any infringer. If we do not regester we have to take our chances but more then likely we will win... I have been thinking about it for a while but I haven't a credit card. Its something I am working on.....

DO not be afraid to post!!!! If ANYTHING WHAT SO EVER happens to infringe on the copyrights of this site someone is going to have hell to pay ;) Worry not... I protect my challengers the best I can!!
