I've heard that too. I like Green Tea, but I don't like the caffeine. Is there a decaf green tea? Also, what other options are there for sweetening? I tried honey, but eegh-
:( and I don't like the taste of equal or sweetnlow. Is there anything else out there?

Yep, there are decaf green teas (Stash makes a good one). As for sweetner, there are several options. You might try a Chai green tea, which is naturally sweet. If you buy loose tea leaves, you can get a sweet blend (like one with fruit extracts in it). Or Stevia ia a naturally sweet herb that works well in hot liquids- it's incredibly strong, so use it sparingly. I use a chai green tea with a bit of rice milk and equal. There are some other brands of artificial sweetners, but if you don't like Equal or Sweet 'n Low you probably wouldn't like those, either. Maybe try mixing them with real sugar until you get used to the taste?

You might also try fructose. It measures almost like real sugar. I believe it has a similar calorie count but is all natural. I use it in both hot and cold things. Even in baking. You can get it at most grocery stores that have natural bulk foods or at a health food store.

I use Splenda. It's new on the market. I don't like those other sweeteners either, but Splenda taste very good. Other sweeteners still effect your body like sugar does, but from when I understand Splenda does not. It cost alittle more then the others, but it's worth it! I won't use anything else!
