Subject: Advice?

Hi what a cool site i'm very impressed. Also i have a question to ask. I have to lose about 25 pounds and does anyone have tips, other than diet and exercise cause i am doing those but maybe other things. Like supplments or ways to increase your metabolism or tricks and stuff? I'd really appreciate help. I'm very depressed about being fat when i get married and i try not to focus on it but i do so if you have ANY help thanks.

If I had any really good tricks, I'd be thin by now:) Just kidding but to tell you the truth, besides diet and exercise there isn't a whole lot more to it. I do have to tell you that drinking water ( pure water, not diet sodas, iced tea, etc), makes all the difference in the world. There are several articles out about the reasons why your body needs water to lose weight, but the number of reasons is amazing. So drink that water and drink LOTS of it. Will also help keep your complexion beautiful for the wedding day!

If you are not already taking a daily supplement you should probably do so. When we cut our calories we also tend to lower the nutrients we feed our body. A daily supplement will help fill in the gaps.

I've also heard good things about green tea, I think there are some postings about it further down the board. I bought some but haven't really started drinking it yet. Also read some articles about Chitosan, which I think is a mineral, possibly being helpful in keeping the body's metabolic process running smoothly, there is more info about it and other supplements at the Discovery Health website.

Other then the above mentioned things, as far as I know eating healthy and exercising are the best tricks in your bag, stick with it and eventually it will pay off!! Best of luck to you and congratulations on your upcoming wedding!!
