You know my weight loss has really slowed to a standstill since I started exercising a lot. I'm hoping it's because I'm gaining some muscle, but maybe I just need to chat with my scale too:) My way or the highway mister! (you know scales are male, another female would never put us through all this). Here's to a better week!

You know. I should have a chat with my scale too. It's teasing me. I stepped on it on Friday. It said I lost 2 pounds. I stepped on it on Sunday and it said I lost 10. I stepped on it again today and it said I'm back down to a loss of 2 pounds. Sometimes I wonder if it may be a woman because it can't make up its mind!
