I usually get more energy after excerciseing.... Its like a euphoria.... its a pep that just kinda sticks with ya and makes you feel good...'

I feel very lathargic lately.... but I got these suplements.....Irs Drug-Free (and ephedra free) Dexatrim Results... It gives me the extra pep that I like to get me in the excerciseing mood.... but it isn't for everyone... there is alot of risks so read the warning lables before you buy....

A multi-vitamine may also help to give you some energy.....I know there are herbs and teas that promote increased energy..... maybe if you go to a health food store or a herbalist he can suggest something to help too...

I hope this helps...

semper fi,
Ivy
