I just looked at Keith, Gabby, and Betsy's Websites. They are great! I've never done one before, so I've got to get busy and learn how. Good luck with your weight loss!

Awesome annie...thank you very much!!! It is very easy to do if you want to skip all the html coding...actually if you went to create your own member page from this site..it would guide you all the way through it...It is on the main page...:)

yes, gabby is right I have a very simple to follow and easy tutorial on the main page... I have advanced tutorials and templates... but beware the tutorial site isn't entirely complete. but the basic beginners tutorial is done,
