When performing a flare don't try to make a V with your legs. It will look ugly.

1st-have you feet separated diagnoly until you feel comfortable. Don't spread your feet too wide.

2nd-place your left hand down.

3rd-swing your left leg under your right. let your left leg aim for the left side of your face.your left leg should be higher than your right.now place your right hand down. let go of your left hand as soon as your right hand is on the floor.Try to stay on your right hand as long as possible. if you stay on your right hand long enough you start to spin a little (like a 90)now you place your right hand down. you don't really have to do anything with your right leg.
