Hey there babee gurl, well what I do to keep in tip top shape is eat healthy everyday, have a balance meal, stretch and excercise everyday, but sometimes I get lazy and take a break from excercising. I Breakdance for fun and for my health, it pumps up my blood. Anything else you want to know just holla back.
