you want to know how to do airflares?
I'll give you some tips but these are for people who want to learn how to do airflares (continuous)

1. remember that they are continuous and try to think of them that way.
2. after you make the jump, quickly split your legs apart and catch early.
3.remember not to think of airflares as up and down but rather as going around (horizontal, not vertical)
4. see the ground before you catch.
5. when you are in the air catch early, this is very important otherwise you will land on your elbow and knees.
6. when first learning to continue focus mostly on your upper body not your legs, this is a common problem because most people concentrate on their legs.
7. practise every day other wise you will lose them and airflares are very easy to lose
