Yeah that helps, i can now do a two-elbow freeze, one-elbow freeze, a turtle freeze, and this wierd freeze that I transfer to out of my turtle freeze, I put the side of my face on the ground and push my body up with my arms until my arms are straight, then pull something sick with my legs =) Then i can do suicides and baby suicides =) Those are pretty easy if you can already do a frontflip =/

Other than that i've just been working on my footwork and my six-step.

my living room ended up getting too small really quick. So I go up to my college campus and use on of the indoor basketball courts, or a raquetball court.

tnx for the help, if anyone else has some suggestions on what to do to gimme a little more strength and/or flexibility, lemme know.
