if u dont know how to do a handstand-onehanded handstand-headstand-nohanded headstand-or hollowback, u have to learn how to do a freeze.1to do a freeze position ur body in a push up position 2position ur hands so one is under ut stomach and ur elbow is in or against ur stomach 3then put ur head against the ground and ballance ur arms so that ur back and legs are diagnely up in an angle and ur head is touching the ground while ur arms are pushing and holding ur lega and back up.
