DO THESE AND DONT BE A PUSSY YOU CANT LEARN UNLESS YOU NEVER GIVE UP AND PRACTICE EVERYDAY.YOU CAN DO IT--- these are for COUNTERCLOCKWISE MILLS(flip directions if you spin clockwise, dont worry its simple beyatch)
DO THESE EXERCISES 15-30 MINUTES EVERY DAY and dont move on until youre the master of them

1. COLLAPSE
A)from handglide, lift both legs into the air and put your head closer to the ground (body level---legs spread, dont bump your head)
B)Fold the STAB ARM SLOWLY and lower legs SLOWLY
(this takes much strength so take your time and focus on collapsing nice and slow and smooth AND DONT MOVE ON TIL U GOT IT LOCKED)

2. 1-2-3 KICK BACKSPINS
A)GET In handglide position. now look at ur right heel. imagine a kickball on top of your heel. start to spin yourself with your hand, swing your left leg and kick it as you lower your head and lift your legs as in EXERCISE 1.A. THATS KICK 1.

B) NOW KICK 2- KICK your right leg out so its in the air with your left leg KEEP LEGS SPREAD!!!!!!!!!!
C) KICK 3 KICK LEFT LEG UNDER RIGHT LEG, AND LOWER YOURSELF AND SPIN

ITS REALLY REALLY HARD SO KEEP TRYING IT ALL DAY. you probably wont even be able to do 1 backspin for a while. PERFORM THIS EXERCISE 15-30 minutes every day until you can BUST 4 BACKSPINS!!!!!!!!

3. HALF MILLS, you say you can do these, now just try to land in the hand glide position!!!!!!! while rolling put back of your left hand on the front of your left shoulder ELBOW IN YOUR GUT and right arm ready to palm the floor!\

KEEP DOING UNTIL U PERFECT THE ART

DONT MOVE ON TO THE NEXT STEP TIL U GET the 1st ONE DOWN. YOU WILL KNOW BECAUSE IT FEELS LIKE ARTWORK

KEEP DOING THIS UNTIL THEY ARE ALL SO SMOOTH
