arite so your new at this huh? well first of all i've been breaking for about 2 years now and i am only 15 years old but i can do windmills, turtles, apple jackz, air swipes juss most things you name it but when i first started out i learned basic moves such as 6 step, top rock, coffee grinder and swipes but if you are a beginner i suggest going for moves that dont require alot of strength (Power moves) juss try swipes then progress to windmills and flares and also remember to stretch ALOT!! stretch until that shit hurt haha j/p well keep it real hope i helped ya in some way.
