DD magazine mentions

I've seen a couple of pix/brief articles on DD over the past couple of days.
One was in some sort of special edition of "People" that I flipped through while waiting in line at the grocery store; "People's 100 Greatest TV Stars of All Time" or something like that. It had a *very* nice picture of DD, but no info about him that would be "news" to any of us here.
The second was in "Parade" magazine (magazine that comes in Sunday newspapers). It mentioned his recent guest starring roles on "Life With Bonnie" and "Sex and the City" It also said that he had completed filming both "Connie and Carla" and "My Dark Place". . .but I'm wondering if that's true. I know he did "C and C" but "MDP" seems to be more of a rumor than an actual film. I don't know *when* he would have filmed it. Between guest starring TV roles, filming "CandC" and his family, it doesn't seem like he's had time to take on the starring role in a major movie during the past few months.
