Subject: Another DD tv project...

David Duchovny Goes Live For Cartoon Network
Pilot will focus on the thrilling world of junior high school journalism

The Cartoon Network has ordered a pilot-with-a-catch from David Duchovny.

What's the catch? Although the pilot is for Cartoon Network, it's expected
to be live action.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Duchovny ("The X-Files"), Matt Dearborn
("Even Stevens") and Robert Mora ("Phil of the Future") will produce the
project, with Dearborn scripting.

Set in junior high, the series would focus on a student who follows in his
family's footsteps by becoming a pint-sized journalist, turning the AV club
into a TV news broadcast.

Cartoon Network has been branching into the live action world bit by bit.
