Subject: Any one out there read Blackwood Farm yet?

I just finished reading Blackwood Farm by Anne Rice. It was pretty good. So are all of her books. Crosses over the Mayfairs with the Vamps. I sure wish Cerulean Sins was out. Or one of the fey series. Come on Laurell already.
Anyone else like Lucius Malfoy? I thought he would make a great relation for Asher. Or a good Vamp candidate.

Sadly enough, I have not read it yet. I've been so busy lately that I bought Blood and Gold when it came out in paperback form last month, and I have yet to read it. Which really, REALLY irritates me, seeing as how Marius is my favorite. But now that you mentioned it, I'm going to have to somehow find the time to read them both AND finish the Silmarillion. Good grief.

Only have read two of Anne's books myself...the original Interview...and Servant of the Bones...I just never really got into her series. Tolkein is another story altogether...although it's been a few years since the last time I read it, I've made it through the Silmarillion AND ALL the apendices at the end of it FIVE times...for some reason both my husband and my master say I tend to get a little...obsessive about some things...can't imagine WHY *grin*

Well I did finally manage to finish the Silmarillion. Absolutely wonderful piece of literature. (I'm a huge fan of anything Elven.) I also finished Blood and Gold. Not really one of Anne's better books, though it was good all the same. (However, I strongly believe that the fact that I enjoyed it had more to do with the book being about Marius than anything else. *sigh* You're not the only obsessive person out there.) At the moment I'm rereading The Fellowship of the Ring *again*. Just something good to read while waiting for Cerulean Sins. So, since I'm finished boring people with my reading list, I'll be going now.

lol...Harry Potter...yes! Well...Lucius certainly has the long blonde hair thing down. The difigurement too...though it's his hand and not the face like Asher. Of course I can't imagine Asher that evil (he's a sweetie!)...and Asher is of course way hotter! :)
