Subject: I'm dying here!!

I don't know about you guys but I am about to have a mental meltdown waiting for Cerulean Sins to come out! Ebay had a couple of advanced copies signed my LKH but each one went for like over $500! Needless to say, I didn't get one of them. I started the Tanya Huff series but they just aren't doing it for me. I tried the Christine Freehan books but the girls are all so wimpy! Am I the only one dying here? April-hurry and get here already!!!!

I know, I can't stand the waiting either! It was okay when it was like a year away, but now it's so close... yet so far! And I totally agree with you about Huff and Feehan's books. Huff's books I like for the action, but there's like never any sex scenes because well, I think it's probably because the author isn't really interested in guys herself. And Feehan's girls ARE wimpy. I personally think they're boring and cheesy, but desperate times call for desperate book reading. It's so hard to find books about vampires! But you know what I just finished reading? This really great author who writes really good vampire stuff, except it's extremely explicit. Angela Knight... she only writes for "Secrets Volumes," which are basically like erotica, but at least her girls aren't wimpy and her vampires aren't all whiny and stuff. Everyone that I've talked to that's read her stuff really likes her, too. Anyway, that's the best I can recommend for now. :)

Oh, and have you read Stephanie Plum? Because if you haven't... YOU HAVE TO!!! heh heh heh...

BP,
You got me hooked...you bad/good influence you! "grins at you" I've been reading Stephanie Plum for the past couple of weeks now. They are the sh**! I love em. Here, I even posted my review for them on my site today. And I mentioned you as having credit for the referral. You may pat yourself on the back now. LOL

Love ya sweets! I may actually be able to hold on until April now. Maybe. Possibly. We'll see.

[> [> [> Whoo hoo! Ranger's hottness has spread ... -- Bad Popsicle, 16:04:29 02/19/03 Wed

That's great!!! I'm so glad people are listening to my recommendations, because of all the books you HAVE to read, the Plum books are #1!!! :) It's a shame there aren't more Plum fan sites out there. I always wanted to start my own but this site is enough work on its own, and I'm kinda lazy... ;) But that in no way prevents me from posting hot pics of Ranger and Morelli ALL over the site... pwah hah hah hah..... Now. If someone would just write a Plum/Blake crossover for the fanfic page.... I mean, I really think Edward and Ranger would get along well, don't you?

Girl,
I know what cha mean. Between the crossover with Tamara, my original fic, and the World's Apart website...my plate is full too. Which is a shame cause I actually HAD a crossover in mind for those two. C'est la vie. Perhaps when Amazing Grace is finished.

>Hey
I just wanted to let you know that I started reading the Anita Blake series because someone on the Janet E web site was talking about your site. she was telling Janet &Alex about you and that Step was being talked about here. I love both sets and can not wait until the new ones are out.

We keep this up and the authors might stop using publishers advertising agencies and just come to US to spread the news. "cheesy grin"

Then we can tell Berkeley to shove their female body parts...we want JC to bare all on the covers! And Ranger! Ok, so Ranger and Edward might shoot us for making the suggestion, but at least we'd die very happy women. "giggles"
