Subject: Can I rant a bit?

Don't know why I bother posting this email.
I only have one Blake fan or two that I talk to. One who does fan fic for you.
But any hoo. Just want to say that even though I have my own fantasies of Asher;partly because of Tamara and her fiction, and because I need someone.
At least we don't have to clone or do skittles.
I have been at a couple other web sites lately.
You guys are friends but there are only a few of you here.
The other boards have their people too.
But what bugs me is that so many subjects are overdone.
I can't stand arguing for eons about one stupid thing in the books.
I am anxiously awaiting CS also. But I can wait.
I don't want to know any more spoilers than what I read here.
There is a person at another website who has an ARC and is having chats now and then but all they do is hang their tongues out for more spoilers. I can't stand it. The last one I went to,presumably to meet more people, she was spouting sex line by line and I didn't hang around to find out who it was but have a good idea.
I mean the little I know has nearly ruined the book for me.
Course I did read the few chapters posted and Darlene is supposed to post a line or paragraph now and then but has been ill.
So I just wanted you to know that even though I outrank you guys in the age dept,I do keep up with stuff and I am going to check out the erotica you mentioned. How do you find it?
At the book store? I am reading some dumb romance that sounded like it might have enough juice.
Boy are we hooked or what.
I know some young fans who don't care for all the sex.
I still like the old Anita. I don't like going all over with dissecting the characters and their motives and trashing people like RAZ who interestingly enough, was suggested that he was a better role model in the behavioral field than Ms. Blake who is becoming slut girl.
But she still likes to protect the under dog.
Or were as it were. Hee hee.
I like that. A strong heroine but a kind and compassionate one.
Though as nice as some sex is,the ardeur is getting to be a bit much.
Does any one think that LKH has too much on her mind to write two series at once and keep them straight?
I know I have a hard time remembering half of what they discuss.
At least you guys aren't so adamant about it.
I feel more at home here.
Just to let you know. Thanks for some semblance of sanity.
Great fan fic too.

[> How to find the books.... -- Bad Popsicle, 20:42:23 02/21/03 Fri

Um, in response to how to find the books I mentioned, some bookstores have an erotica section but I'm not sure which ones or if they even have it there. The best place to get them are off the internet especially on ebay.com and half.com. As far as I know the library doesn't have like, any, although they do have those Anne Rice ones, but I think that's just 'cuz she's a more popular author. I didn't like those anyway 'cuz they were so mean to each other! :( I'm such a softie... I like sex only when it's warm and fuzzy.... no meanness allowed! I guess me and Nathaniel wouldn't get along too well because I'm just not into that whole S&M thing... poor Nat, he's so cute! ;)

Heehee. I am too. Soft and romantic and loveless.
That is why I need my Asher daily.
Jean-Claude when he can get away.
You,warm and fuzzy? JC,no way!
Heehee. He is soo (insert French here). one of those able words. Wonderful! Sexy, gorgeous, hunky and I hope available for all of us lonely hearts. Ok ,so you have him.
BTW,is Leather girl someone else? Not sure.
I checked the net and I think the secrets vol.6 is the one you mentioned. I will check B&N.

[> [> [> Leathergirl and Furrgirl -- Bad Popsicle, 16:59:49 02/27/03 Thu

Yes, Leathergirl is someone else, so is Furrgirl. They are my partners in crime, sometimes my friends when they're nice to me, sometimes my enemies when we disagree about hot guys. ;) Originally they helped orchestrate the idea for the website and they contribute occasionally, but I must say I'm truly the brains of the operation... mwah hah hah... er, well, I'm the only one that knows how to make a site in any case. Furrgirl's a huge Richard fan although she likes Asher too. Leathergirl's a huge Jason fan but is also a JC supporter and likes Asher too. Basically, she likes everyone not Richard. When it comes to hot guys in books, Furrgirl and I ALWAYS disagree. Leathergirl always likes everyone. For example: Furrgirl is a Morelli fan. I'm a Ranger girl. Leathergirl kinda likes them both but is kinda cupcakey.

Speaking of talking to someone... There is an open chat at Delphi forums and Anitaverse today. And they want posting.
As we count down the days to April 1.
Like my year doesn't go fast enough already?
So if anyone wants to chat, there is an announcement at forums.delphiforums.com/anitaverse. I hate it when no one is in the chat room but me. But no one knows when to check.
Or we miss one another. The stupid thing says "one person chatting" Or "so and so has JOINED the chat".Hello!!!
George Carlin. How can ONE person JOIN a chat? You tell me.
