Why can't we just send a bunch of Vampires to wipe out the enemy in Iraq? It would be sooo much easier and cleaner.

That's a great idea! They won't have any crosses! The vamps would be home free. JC could roll Saddam's mind and make him want to skip through daiys while wearing a polka dotted tutu and pink lipstick then they can put him in the plastic shredder! Okay, I've thought about that way too much!
