Hi all, I was at the RHPS in Edinburgh on Wed, and I would agree with those who said it lacked spontaneity. Although (I'm ashemed to say) it was my first viewing on the big screen, I had my own idea of what the audiance participation would be like; to a certain extent, I expected the whole audiance to shout in unison, particularly "standard" lines, but I also expected (and hoped) to hear individuals inventing original lines. And people repeatedly shouting "slut" and "arsehole" at any time they pleased throughout the film, didn't really add to the Rocky spirit of witty well timed lines I hoped I would experience. But hey, It was a great experience anyway. I only wish I had arrived in time to enter the costume competion!
