We also attended a presentation at Castletown Promotions on 16/11/02 at their Taunton offices. We gullibly signed up to their points holiday package because it appeared to be a reasonable offer. Oh for the value of hindsight! I have since discovered that this organisation is not all it seems to be. I have now taken legal advice and have written to the company cancelling all agreements, quoting the 1974 Consumer Credit Act and the 1992 Timeshare Act which allows a cooling off period for such transactions. I await their response with interest!!
