City Vacations International

I have just been contacted by a firm called City Vacations International. They offered me and my husband a free holiday, but first we both have to visit their "showroom" in Canary Wharf to view their holiday apartments. They insisted it is not a Time share, or Points System, but it sounds very like it to me.
Has anyone heard of them ???
