Your points are worth nothing. You should be warned about the resale trap though.
You may get a call from a resale company as UVC's directors sold the member database to several resale companies to make a fast buck when they realised it was going under.
You may get a call or be tempted by the many resale web sites.
Just remember!!! If they ask for a fee up front then they are a con. What they do is tell you that your points are worth lots of money and say that if you register with them (for a fee of course) they will get rid of your points for you. Once you hand over the fee that will be the last you hear from them.
Be careful.
