Well, the first thing I would do would be to ask her if she is using everything consistently? I'll bet, if she hasn't been coming in she isn't, but find out if she is Moussing no less than twice daily? Is she wearing polish and keeping polish on all the time? What are her hand habits? Does she wear gloves when she does dishes or gardening? Is she in a lot of water? Is she still using the Natural Nail? If she has used the natural nail since last winter, then it might be the NN. NN can only be used while the nails are peeling. If continued use after the peeling has stopped, then it will cause the nails to peel. If that is not the case, have her put a coat of Endure on every other week for a couple of weeks and see if that works. Do not use Endure or Natural Nail unless they are Moussing. Both are very intense products and need hydration to keep the balance between strength and moisture. Natural Nail will not stay on a healthy nail. That is when you know you have reached the staturation point and time to discontinue using NN. If the nail starts to peel again, use it again.
Remember that it takes 3-6 months for a nail to grow out. The nail you are moussing is your free edge 6 months from now. Chances are she is not being consistent with something, but let me know.
