i had read an article on top coats and it stated that fast drying polishes and top coats have more alcohol in them. i have a chanel top coat and i read the ingrediants and alcohol was the second ingrediant.i tried it when i did it with a manicure and the polish chipped faster than when i used a regular top coat.
