Cuticle nipping…..Use cuticle remover, opi pusher….Tell your guest when doing a manicure how the combination of the
remover and the opi pusher which pushes and cuts at the same time lessens cuticle nipping so we don’t get too much cut off causing scar tissue to form and makes the cuticle thicker
Then exfoliate the foot or hand, rubbing the cuticle on each toe or fingernail area. Depending on which method you use now put the foot back into the water or into the parrafin. Or wrap the hand in the warm wet towel. Use a towel with polish remover to take off any residue from nail bed. Now you can see excess cuticle. Remember you are not a surgeon. I suggest you put the nipper in your hand so client can see you attempting to remove any hanging cuticle.
