I just put a paper towel under the fabric and blotted it with nail polish remover. It lessened the stain but didn't totally remove it. Then I followed it with spray oxyclean pretreatment spray. It took it right out, and it was red polish on a white and black shirt!

Oxy clean spray treatment is the way to go! Good Luck!
