yeah i need the third water frag to get to the water dude and then to the air realm. i got 3 fire powers and tried to find the fire dude in his castle thing but couldn't figure it out. ive already shot the torpedo at the tower. the oracle on top of the hill says to go to the air realm so i dunno. please help

If you shot the torpedo and hit the big column swim or jump past the column and you'll come out on the ledge that you can see from the city the fragment is there. chas
