Hi Butterfly (I love butterflies, too)
I use some. They're just a generic brand in my local store. You could buy some and see how they work. Pay attention to how they react to your body. If you feel funny or your body does some weird stuff (heart beating too fast, dizziness, etc.) stop taking them. However, if you eat when you're NOT hungry, they won't work. They can help you not eat. Most you will need to take food with (at least that's what the label says) so do that.
