This week is half over. I was sick on sunday and monday. I've been doing pretty good. My scale says I'm down 2 lbs from last week. I think I platued and then finally dropped the weight. I haven't been restricting and exercising enough to lose 2 bls in a week! Maybe water weight. I've been drining more water. I do feel slimmer. Probably the excess water and sodium is gone from drinking more water. Saturday my tight jeans fit so well. I need another pair for motivation. Or maybe a belt. That could last for a while. yeah, a belt. I can check my progress with the holes in it. I have one, but I'm on the last hole.

Rest of this week: Do good. Eat less. More veggies. Continue with water. Some exercise is better then none! (a reminder for me to do something).

Anyone else?
