Only Talent Agents and advance fee service providers must be liscenced and or bonded. She is neither.

She never claims to be an agent....and she doesn't charge management clients for a thing. She brings in outside instructors, who teach classes. Clients and other kids are never required to take classes, only offered the opportunity. Same with other services like showcases...offered not required.

She also coaches and does image and marketing consulting with clients FOR FREE. Clients are never required to pay one red cent outside the 10% commission....much lower than the 15-20% most LA managers charge!
