This is a communication delivered by a spirit teacher using the name of Mary.

He or she who walks through life naked shall find no where to hide their shame.

He or she who stands before others naked shall always feel the cold, the cold of human decency.

He or she, who degrades their physical being no matter how, shall always remain a wreck.

Let my words, or our words be your guide, because as you grow older and wiser you will see your shame as others saw you when you stood naked before them.

Do not let your new born child see your shame as others saw it.

If you do, your new born child may be as you, maybe they do not want to be this way, but they are, because you were.

Do not degrade your body in any way for your pleasure, or someone else’s.

When they have degraded you, they shall go to degrade another, they shall speak of your degradation and another shall take their place.

One day you may refuse to be degraded, and you will find yourself being burned without fire, but you will feel the pain as if you were being burned by fire, and you shall perish.

Let your child be born in wedlock, it does not say because you live in modern times, that in the eye’s of morality, it is correct to let your child be born out of wedlock.

You have only one physical life, not many as people believe, therefore you shall treat yourself with respect, and only have a relationship within a relationship.

It does not say, because others want to use you for their physical pleasure, you have to.

Listen to those who bore children before you in relationship, this is one part of modern times when the young ought to listen to the old. Be respectful of yourself, and others and you will be able to demand respect for yourself, from others.

When you take the road to immorality, you are destroying not only your body, you are destroying your inner being, your spirit, your self respect in your own eye’s, or mind if you prefer, you are also destroying your self respect in the eye’s and minds of others.

The others will use your immorality for their own gain, for their own pleasure, and when they grow tired of you, they will cast you to one side like a piece of oiled rag.

They will boast and brag about their conquest with you to others who are the same as yourself and themselves. The others will descend upon you and they also will use your immorality for their gain and pleasure, they will do as the others did when they grew tired of you. This will continue over and over again, as time passes you will grow older and your children will see you as you are, they will think as you think, they will follow your footsteps, as you grow older and watch your children growing, you will see yourself in them, at this time you will begin to be concerned about your children.

You will see others who abused you waiting to abuse your children; you will not be able to find the strength to stop this from taking place although you may want to.

Those who have higher standards of morality than you will reject you, you will only find a partner as yourself, at this time you may not care because you are enjoying yourself, are you really?.

As time passes and your physical being begins to wear out, you may need people of higher standards of morality to rescue you. When you turn to them some may help you, most will not.

What are you going to do when you have grandchildren? They may be as you.

What will you feel like inside when you are old and frail but a lot wiser than you were when you were young? What will you feel like when your conscience begins to tell you how much you degraded yourself? One day this will take place.

Look upon your children before you have grandchildren and save them.
