Subject: ADVANCED EVOLUTIONARY PROGRESSION. 2

I must inform the people that this progression may be an easy time or a very difficult time in the way of how the people accept that which we have to give; because it is all implemented by mind manipulation through telepathic communication, no equipment is used.

What do I mean? acceptance of this procedure, considering it will be a completely alien experience to many millions of people and it will be un-nerving to most, to many others it will be a simple matter of thinking, using your own brain power, your mind as a transceiver as many people have already experienced and mastered. This procedure is as easy as talking to each other but not through voice, having said this it has to be learned because many people will believe they are having delusions or a mental breakdown, but as one becomes accustomed to this procedure it will simply be that they will have began to use parts of the brain which has remained dormant most of their life.

It is better if one communicates with us in this way in silent thought, even though they can communicate with us in voice it would not be advisable just in case other people who may be present do not understand the procedure, but having said this I have had two way conversations with ICEA; both of us telepathically and on other occasions myself using telepathy and he using voice, and even so he has relayed to other people by voice that which I give to him telepathically as I dictate to him, some recorded on tape.

This has become natural to him and on occasions I have had to request him to stop shouting, IE thinking too loud to put it simple, but much of the time he communicates with me through telepathy which is now natural, as if he was born this way.

Most people know this system of telepathy more so mediums; they communicate that way with us and we with them, but usually they with the departed other peoples loved ones, who by the way are the same as we are.

But we are more profoundly evolved than you are because we have always been for millions of years.

I must say once people become more adapted in communicating with us through telepathy it will be as you may describe “no big deal” yes it will become common place.

Having declared this your extraterrestrial brothers and sister who are raw spirit (not lived in the human body) have decided to impart unto ufologists the answer to one of their most important queries which is “what kind of controls do they use to control their craft” simply by the power of the mind, thought as in telepathy.
