During the Civil war 1/3 of the army had a STD. To solve the problem the Gov't legalize legal prostitution and that did solve the problem they got std under control and it cause no problems. But after the was they made it illegal again.

God greatly used prostitution in the Bible Rehab a prostitute was a great women Bible hero. Greatly helped the Hebrews to get into the promise land.
