Subject: violence


Domestic violence,crimes against humanity:child abuse,alcoholism,drug addiction,suicides etc. all result from our educational systems not teaching emotional awareness.Yes ,there is separation of church and state,however,leaving out simple insights into emotions,simple psychological truths and the whole subject of psychology is dumying down our people and has increased the violence in our society.For example,depression can totally disappear with three simple steps:1)write down a list of what you are angry about2)next to each one write down how that scares you3)write down your alternatives.I haven't been depressed in twenty years using that method.NO,it isn't brain chemicals or inbalances.It is pharmaceutical companies all trying to make a buck.Emotional retardation has affected our society with needless suffering.also,anger is a secondary emotion.It comes from fear.When we recognize our fears(takes effort)we can replace them with LOVE,trust and faith in ourselves and the Divine.Rhonda hemil@nocharge.com
