A Roman Catholic priest who dealt drugs from a rectory in Louisiana also embezzled about $100,000 from his church and traded drugs for sex, prosecutors say.

The Reverend Thomas Crandall could get from five to 40 years in prison and up to a $4 million fine when he is sentenced on drug charges.

He pleaded guilty to conspiring to distribute five grams or more of methamphetamine and Ecstasy.
