One of the problems seems to be that there are about 3000 denominations/versions of Christianity and that there is a lot of hatred between them, even between missionaries professing to believe in, and preaching the "loving" of others. Probably the aim could/should(?) be to create homogeneous communities, with every other-thinker, including all dissidents, excluded. But that is dictatorial (theocracial?) discrimination, certainly not democracy. You can't be a lover of freedom and liberty and at the same time be religious. And (many? most?) missionaries don't seem to realize that.
